A WOMAN who wanted a renter-friendly way to achieve a panelled look in her house has shown how she managed it using a £36 Temu bargain. l So she decided to take a gamble and ordered some rubber strips from Temu, in the hope she could use them to get the look of panelling without having to do any permanent changes to the wall. Sharna took to TikTok to share a video of the room transformation, which began by showing it as it was before - covered in stripy blue and brown wallpaper. After painstakingly removing the wallpaper, she painted the walls white, before using a light taupe colour on the bottom half.
Once she was happy with the coverage, she began marking out where she wanted the rubber strips to go - ensuring they were level before she proceeded with the application.
