Mrs. Manoffire and I have a house in Comal County, Texas. About 35 minutes from our main residence in Hays County.

Last Friday I saw some ads by the Democratic Women of Comal County. I liked their stuff, so I made a donation and joined the group. (I'm a guy, but hey, they are cool and I'm not going to be on their board.

I also joined the Democrats of Comal County. Comal County is pretty darn red. Yesterday I was driving around in Comal County doing some errands at the other house, and see this.

.. this.

.. this.

.. malarkey.

WTF? I go by it and had to turn around to see if it said what it seemed to say. I flipped a uey and what did I see? This: I go back to the other side of the sign, and yes indeed, Republican women in this neck o' the hill country think anger is the scrip du jour. Oh, this hit me like a new Caddy on Mad Men.

How perfect. A giant troll board just a beggin' for some fun. So I zip off a text to my new friends the Democratic Women of Comal County.

I show them these here two pictures. Immediate response! Guess what? They just finished a fundraiser and are putting up two other billboards on the other side of the county, the county seat is New Braunfels, north of San Antonio on the way to Austin. They have a little scratch left.

Needless to say, these knit hat wearin' superstars want to help out. Tomorrow we will buy the board. We will come up with the best ad and all of you can help.

What would be the best response to "Angry? Vote Republican."? My suggestions will be in the poll. Vote or add your own.

I will give them this, a one word billboard is to the point. So brevity here is good. When the ladies decide, we will put up a go fund me.

If anyone has experience with this, please help. I've never done one before. Does a PAC have to do the go fund me? Do I have to do it in my own name? What would you put up? My suggestions are here in the poll or add your own.

This should be fun. I will put up a link when we start looking for donations.
