If there's one item in my wardrobe that I wear year round, come rain or shine, winter or summer, it is a black boot. Specifically my lace up Dr Martens 1460s. And while these boots are stylish, reliably cool and last for an awfully long time (mine are going on seven years and still look and feel impeccable), you can never have too many black boots of all different finishes - especially as they're a staple during colder months.

Recently I've been after a pair with a zip fastening on the front-centre of the foot and although DMs are iconic, comfortable and super stylish (and my go-to), they are an investment piece and I can't quite justify spending £170 on my desired style (the 1460 Pascal Front Zip Leather boots) . So you can imagine my excitement when I came across a pair that look pretty similar on Heavenly Feet but cost £64.95.

The Yolanda Ankle Boots come in sizes 3 to 8 and are available in a black shade as well as earthy brown. What I love about these is that the sock of the boot isn't too short - measuring at 16cm - giving your ankles ample coverage with the zip fastening keep your feet cosy and snug during the winter months. Not just the soft,.
