A MONEY-SAVVY shopper has been wowed by how similar a Dollar Tree buy is to her favorite haircare brand. She gushed about no longer having to wait for a special occasion to nurture her tresses . The woman shared side-by-side photos of her hair on Reddit’s Frugal forum as she compared the two products.
