HELEN Flanagan has opened up about her split from Scott Sinclair and revealed the real reason behind their separation. Former Coronation Street star Helen , 34, and footballer Scott , 35, went their separate ways in 2022 after 13 years together. Helen - who is taking part in the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating - has told of the heartbreaking reality of their relationship now.
Speaking on Charlotte Dawson's Naughty Corner podcast, she said: "I still love him very much, I care about him deeply, but we don’t like each other. "We don’t like each other at all, we don’t get on. I do know that Scott - he’d never admit it - care about me too and he does love me.
" The former couple share three children meaning they have to be in contact for the kids' sake. More on Helen Flanagan Helen continued: "The last time I saw him, I thought it was quite funny, I was taking the p*** out of him because he had a bucket hat on. I think he was trying not to laugh.
" Last month The Sun revealed Helen was almost axed from Celebs Go Dating after breaking a huge rule. Agent Anna Williamson told us: "Helen, I just love her. "What I will say about her though - and I don’t want to spoil anything - but Helen has the biggest cliffhanger pivot of a storyline that we’ve ever had in Celebs Go Dating history.
