BBC BREAKFAST star Nina Warhurst called out a colleague's remark minutes into today's show. Ben Thompson and Sarah Campbell were back on the famous red sofa to share the latest headlines from around the world. Meanwhile, Nina had been presenting a segment on the Buy Now, Pay Later scheme.

She revealed that debt charities and the new Labour government are calling for tighter rules to be put in place to protect those using the scheme. Once the segment was finished, Ben remarked: "It's really important and dare I say it, people will be thinking about Christmas presents and things like that won't they? " As Ben commented: "It's not that long", Nina added: "Someone is more organised than I am." Fans of BBC Breakfast have been experiencing a shake-up across the latest episodes amid Olympics coverage. Ben and Sarah have been fronting the show in the place of regular Monday to Wednesday hosts, Jon Kay and Sally Nugent .

Meanwhile, Nina was previously spotted cheekily ignoring a legal sign while on holiday. The presenter had taken time away from the the Salford studio for a Hereford getaway with her husband and three kids.

During the family's stay at the Tresseck campsite, Nina posted a series of wholesome snaps and videos. In one clip, her youngest child could be seen climbing all over a fence with a warning sign on it. The sign read: "Warning, do not climb over or go around this fence.
