A SAVVY bride has shared how she saved cash on her big day by buying her dress and bouquet online. Debby Moss, from the UK, took to social media to share her DIY flowers and cheap wedding dress . The bride revealed she was stunned when her Shein wedding dress arrived and was the perfect fit.
