Responding to the backlash, Kishori said that she never claimed to be a sadhvi nor did she denounce anything.

The preacher’s response furthered the existing debate about religious leaders. Kishori spoke to ANI to clarify her stand regarding the luxury bag controversy. Speaking to the outlet, the spiritual preacher said that she was just a normal girl and also added that the bag was made from cotton and leather, not calfskin.



“The bag is a customised bag. There is no leather in it and customised means that you can get it made as per your wish..
