This latest addition to The Unbound Collection by Hyatt marks the company’s continued expansion across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The Brunfels Hotel is now the third Hyatt property in Mainz, designed to appeal to culture and history enthusiasts.

Located on Schillerplatz , the hotel is just steps away from iconic landmarks such as the Romanesque Mainz Cathedral, the ancient Gutenberg Museum, and the lively Marktplatz square.
