Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has been spotted in Italy, where he's currently filming some adrenaline-pumping action scenes for the much-anticipated sequel, ' WAR 2 '. The actor, was spotted by fans out and about the city streets, filming what looked like a chase sequence. Dressed in pastel shades, the actor rocked a man-bun as he filmed his scenes.
Videos doing the rounds, saw Hrithik harnessed to a wire as he performed a jump scene before walking up to a car and driving off. Onlookers were seen standing around the sets, watching as Roshan executed his stunts. The actor's stunt double was also present on set, prepared to step in for some of the more dangerous action sequences.
While Hrithik has a reputation for performing many of his own stunts, it is not uncommon for a double to take over. 'WAR 2', the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster 'WAR' has been generating considerable buzz, with fans eager to see Hrithik lock horns with Jr NTR , while Kiara Advani plays the female lead. Directed by Ayan Mukerji , 'WAR 2' promises to be bigger and bolder, with breathtaking action scenes shot across multiple locations, including Italy.
The film is set to hit theatres in 2025. Meanwhile, rumours are rife that Hrithik may also make a cameo in Alia Bhatt 's upcoming 'Alpha', the next instalment in the YRF spy universe that also comprises of Shah Rukh Khan 's 'Pathaan' and Salman Khan 's 'Tiger' franchise.
