Monday, January 6, 2025 Malaysia has unveiled its highly anticipated Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) campaign, aiming to welcome 35.6 million international visitors and generate RM147.1 billion in tourism receipts.

The campaign was officially launched at the Malaysia Airlines Engineering Complex in Sepang, Selangor, in the presence of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing. This ambitious initiative underscores Malaysia’s commitment to positioning itself as a leading global tourism destination by emphasizing sustainability and cultural richness.
