Despite Drake Maye being a bright spot for the New England Patriots , his rookie season has been met with several losses. The rookie quarterback admitted it’s frustrating, but discussed how he’s able to learn from it and not let the frustration get the best of him. “Just trying to learn from it, that’s the biggest thing you try to do.

.. Maybe not (Sunday), but there’s turning points of the game where it can turn into a close game, that’s the things that I’m trying to focus on, trying to get the guys to focus on because we’re right there,” he continued .

“We’re not far away. I just think the balls aren’t rolling our way right now, and I think part of it’s execution and part of it is just focusing on little details in those moments.” Although the Patriots are 3-11 going into their Week 16 matchup against the Buffalo Bills, Maye has given the fanbase optimism for the future.
