Long known for its high-end cruises on river and ocean vessels, Australian-owned Scenic recently changed its name to Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours as it expands its land tour offering in an effort to grow its market share. With such strong customer loyalty, offering more choice to the same base of repeat travelers can help grow the business while also expanding the traveler portfolio as a whole.

Just this year among U.S. customers, the brand says it has seen 24% repeat travelers for its river cruises and 37% repeat for ocean cruising.



And this is for a line that has no problem filling its ships with Australian customers from its home market. By the end of the year, it expects to welcome a 34% returning total to rivers and 53% returning guests to ocean cruises from the U.S.
