Two Jamaican female artistes Tina aka Hood Celebrityy and Shenseea are representing the culture as they continue to impact urban charts stateside. With her second Billboard entry Roses , Hood Celebrityy inches up from #28 to #27 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, in its fifth week on the tally. Over on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay the track steps up from #45 to #43 in its second week.

Meanwhile, Shenseea’s Work Me Out, featuring Wizkid, is steady at #38 on Rhythmic Top 40, while over on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, it improves from #34 to #31. Work Me Out , which is featured on Shenseea’s sophomore album Never Gets Late Here , debuts at #46 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. In the meantime, the sole Jamaican male making moves on multiple Billboard charts, music producer and artiste Rvssian, has earned new certifications for his latest single Santa , which features Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro and singer Ayra Starr.



Santa , which was previously certified triple platinum in Spain, has now been certified platinum in Mexico by the Mexican Association of Producers of Phonorgrams and Videograms AC (AMPROFON) for sales exceeding 60,000 units. In Italy, the Federation of the Italian Music Industry has issued a gold certification for the song, which has exceeded sales of 50,000 units. Santa has backtracked from #13 to #16 on the latest Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart, where it peaked at #7, while over on Latin Airplay, the song tumbles from #11 to #17.
