Home Bargains has issued product recall notices on eight products – spanning various popular ranges – due to safety concerns. A full refund is available if customers return any affected purchases as advised. The discount retailer published an alert on its website outlining the risks associated with using each affected item, with the list including food, beauty and children’s items that have now been stamped with “do not use” or “do not eat” warnings.

Here is a full list of the products Home Bargains has recalled, as well as advice on how to get a refund. Which Home Bargains items are being recalled? The 10ml bottle of Optivive Allergy Eye Mist has been recalled by manufacturer EM Pharma as a “precautionary measure” due to “potential contamination” with an unspecified substance. Home Bargains advises any customers who have bought the product recently to check its expiry date to see if it may be among the affected batches, and to “stop using immediately” if it is.



The affected expiry dates to look out for are 02/2026 and 04/2026 . All batch codes of this product are affected, Home Bargains says, warning customers not to use the toy if they have purchased it and to instead return it to the store that they got it from in order to receive a full refund.

Another TJ Morris Ltd product facing a recall is the PIFCO Convector Heater with Turbo and Timer . Any models sold between 1 November 2023 and 12 December 2023 , and with any of the below batch codes, are included. Home Bargains warns that there is a risk of the product “overheating” and potentially causing a “fire due to an incorrect fuse size in some heaters”.

Customers should not use them and should instead return the product to their local store. The batch code information can be found on the side of the heater, close to the control panel. The codes affected are: Some batches of Revels are being recalled by Mars Wrigley UK as a “precautionary” step due to the “potential presence of very small pieces of rubber”.

Home Bargains warns: “Do not eat them.” The following dates and batch codes are affected: Chocomel 300ml To chocolate-flavoured milk now. Some 300ml bottles of Chocomel are being recalled by Interstoq Ltd “due to milk not being declared in English text”.

This means the affected products could pose a health risk to anyone with a milk allergy or intolerance. If you have bought a 300ml Chocomel from Home Bargains that has either of the following best-before codes (look on the cap lid), and you have a milk allergy, sensitivity or intolerance, do not drink it. – Neapolitan Milk Stout 355ml and Blueberry & Maple Stout 355ml The next items being recalled are the Neapolitan Milk Stout 355ml and Blueberry & Maple Stout 355ml from Saugatuck Brewing Co. They are being recalled by Heathwick Limited due to milk and oats not being declared as allergens on their packaging, meaning they may pose a health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance. If you have bought either item – with any best-before code – and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or oats, do not drink it.

Dri-Pak Table Salt 750g Dri-Pak is recalling 750g drums of its table salt due to possible contamination with “small pieces of plastic”, as these could pose a health risk. Affected batch codes – found on the side of the container – are 3205 and 3206 . Sci-mx Ultra Muscle Strawberry 1.

5kg The last item on the list is nutrition supplement Sci-mx Ultra Muscle Strawberry Flavour 1.5kg . Some batches are being recalled by the manufacturer “due to excessive caffeine levels posing a food safety risk”.

Do not consume any product with below batch and best-before codes – found on the reverse of the pouch. How can I get a refund?
