fans have had a tough week. What started as a joyous celebration for the newly engaged Cash and Eden ended in tragedy when fan favourite Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) fell to the ground, unresponsive. It was revealed that Flick had suffered a brain aneurysm and while she made it through surgery, a second bleed sent her back into a critical condition with the end only a few more episodes away.

While fans are completely devastated at the turn of events, Jacqui Purvis told she needed to leave the show as she wanted to head to Hollywood saying, "I knew I wanted an international career, so, I had to make the decision to leave and take the plunge." With the decision to turn her life support off imminent, fans are lamenting two big things - that Tane never got a chance to win Flick back and that Harper STILL hasn't told him she is pregnant. "Of course, I wish he would’ve told her he loved her before this happened.

I know that almost every single person who watches wished they ran off together living their happy ever after," one heartbroken fan wrote online. "I hoped they would have reunited - perfect couple, so much history!!! Loved their dancing scene on Monday," another agreed. "Poor Tane, it’s going to hit him really hard Flick is still the love of his life.

...

.next week Tane will do his Kiwi stuff letting out his anger and grieving I think," a third wrote. "Tane won’t be the same," another said.

"What a pity Tane hadn't told Felicity he still loved her," was another comment to which someone replied, "Hopefully he will when he says his final goodbyes. This will be heartbreaking. They are both each other's love of his /her life.

" "I wish she got to hear him say he still loved her, I wish they got to be together," another fan mourned. "Tane is not going to get over this anytime soon - there has to be a mourning period," someone else said. Meanwhile, other fans were taking issue with another problem in Tane's life - albeit one that he has yet to discover.

After having a one-night stand with Harper Matheson (Jessica Redmayne), Tane has no idea that his deepest desire - to become a dad - is finally coming to fruition...

because Harper still hasn't told him that she is pregnant with his child. "Harper is such a hypocrite, lecturing Tane about not coming clean," one aggrieved fan wrote. "I just wish Harper would hurry up and tell Tane she's preg[nant]," another griped.

"You think Harper is going to tell Tane anytime soon?", another enquired. "Hopefully Harper tells Tane soon rather than later," chipped in a fourth viewer. Other fans speculated that she may never tell him now that Flick has died and that, even if she did, she would not get the happy ending she so clearly wants.

"I don't think Harper can tell Tane now that he is the father because there is no future for her with Tane, he will always love Felicity & not Harper, he would only want the child," one viewer theorised. "She's going to use Felicity's death as an excuse to drag out telling him longer - I reckon will get caught out instead of her telling him," someone else said. "Tane will never feel the same about anyone - including Harper - like he felt for Felicity," was a third comment.

One fan went so far as to ludicrously suggest that perhaps if Harper ever told Tane she was expecting, and they had a little girl, they could name her after Tane's dead wife. "Tane is not coping he has always loved Felicity and if Harper has a girl maybe they will name her Felicity," they wrote. "Oh hell no," one person immediately replied.

"That would be wrong," another said. "That would be pretty creepy naming a daughter after one’s ex-wife, especially if he and Harper got together," a third person wrote..
