The source said: “Holly’s reaction to this has been that she wants this whole thing to now go away. It has been a horrible time for her and she has really struggled with it at points. "It’s a question of whether or not she wants to be involved, or let it ride out.

uk have reached out to Holly Willoughby for comment. Plumb was snared after the US undercover police officer infiltrated an online group called Abduct Lovers and became so concerned about Plumb’s posts that evidence was passed to the FBI. The detective used the alias David Nelson to communicate in the online group and said that he had no idea initially who Holly Willoughby was but that he would have contacted British police, whoever it had been.

“I treat each victim the same in every investigation,” the detective told The Times. "My course of action would be no different.” SUBSCRIBE Invalid email We use your sign-up to provide content in ways you've consented to and to improve our understanding of you.
