BRIDE-to-be Holly Ramsay has flaunted her huge engagement ring after returning home from a romantic getaway with fiance Adam Peaty. And it was under a beautiful blue sky on the Spanish island that the three-time gold medal winner popped the question . Announcing the news last week , Holly told fans on social media that she couldn't wait to "marry her best friend". But the couple have now returned to reality after coming home from their holiday .

The brunette beauty gushed that "everything has been better" since she fell in love with the swimming champion in the emotional Instagram post where she announced her engagement . And she also promised to "always be there with you and George", who Adam has from a previous relationship. She wrote: "I am marrying my best friend.
I truly cannot put into words how I am feeling right now. "I still remember how big my smile was the morning I got home from my first date with you. "Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever.

Holly & Adam's love story HOLLY and Adam first met in 2021 through her sister Tilly, who competed on Strictly Come Dancing the same year as Adam. Adam was still with his ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro when he was on the BBC show, and they share his three-year-old son George together. But they went their separate ways back in 2022 and Adam and Holly got back in touch and began dating.
They went public with their relationship in 2023 after they enjoyed a romantic holiday to Rome together. But Adam was previously spotted at the Ramsay's family home in Cornwall a few weeks before. We previously revealed that the couple decided to showcase their love for each other by getting matching tattoos.
Adam got the letter 'H' tattooed on his neck while Holly got the letter 'A' marked behind her ear. He said: "Your family have always treated me so generously with their time, emotion and trust. I can’t wait to be joined with them too.
"I’ve always believed that when two people are engaged and later married that we are no longer two people but we join as one and it’s the biggest privilege to share that with you." Talking about his own family, he added: "Seeing you show the love you give to the most important person in my life, George, even from day one, there was never a question about you becoming my wife one day." The announcement came just weeks after we told how Gordon gave future son-in-law Adam his blessing to marry Holly.
