To celebrate the Spring Festival, the hotel has curated an array of thrilling activities to immerse guests in the festive spirit of Lunar New Year. On the morning of January 29th, at precisely 10:08 am, the hotel will host a vibrant lion dance performance to mark the first day of the Lunar New Year.
This iconic event is steeped in tradition, representing prosperity and good fortune. Spectators can expect an exhilarating display as the lions, accompanied by the resonant beats of drums and clashing cymbals, perform acrobatic feats and dance movements that capture the festive essence of the season. Throughout the Lunar New Year’s initial six days, the hotel has curated a series of traditional handicraft workshops to enhance the festive spirit.
Commencing with a couplet-writing session on day one, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the art of Chinese calligraphy by penning blessings on vibrant red paper. Day two offers a lantern-making workshop, allowing guests to craft their own lanterns, bringing a touch of warmth and joy to the celebrations. The third day is dedicated to the delicate art of paper-cutting, providing a hands-on experience with this traditional craft.
