This trend is underscored by a rising interest in sleep tourism, which emphasizes travel experiences specifically designed to improve sleep quality.

In response, Hilton has launched a variety of innovative services across its Asia Pacific properties. From sound baths in Singapore and sleep yoga sessions in the Maldives to sleep concerts in China, Hilton is committed to ensuring that guests experience ultimate relaxation and rest, reinforcing the importance of choosing the right place to stay. Hilton Nanjing Niushoushan has introduced a new wellness program focused on promoting better sleep.



This initiative features a 60-minute Singing Bowl Healing session, where the calming vibrations of singing bowls help guests achieve deep relaxation. To enhance their stay, guests can enjoy Zen-inspired rooms and partake in activities like tea tasting and calligraphy, designed to create a culturally immersive environment that refreshes both mind and body. The Singing Bowl Healing session is available to guests every Saturday.
