Sunday, August 4, 2024 Hilton has unveiled plans for the new Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Zayed, a joint venture with Mardev Developments, targeting a 2028 opening. This West Cairo-based hotel aims to offer budget-friendly yet stylish lodging options. Strategically situated within a multi-purpose complex close to both shopping and lifestyle hubs, the hotel is conveniently located near Sphinx International Airport.

This location provides seamless access to the rich historical sites of Giza and Cairo. Carlos Khneisser, vice president, development, Middle East & Africa, Hilton said, “With tremendous opportunities for hotel development in Cairo, we continue with our plans to more than double our portfolio across Egypt to over 30 hotels in the coming years. We are delighted to partner with Mardev Developments to open Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Zayed.



The New Zayed district is thriving with new residential and commercial projects, and we look forward to providing guests with upscale and reliable accommodation in West Cairo.” The upcoming Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Zayed is set to feature 179 well-appointed rooms and suites, four conference spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. Dining options will include a full-service restaurant open all day, a cozy lobby bar, and a rooftop bar, promising an array of exceptional gastronomic experiences.
