IN HONOUR of the 67th National Day and Malaysia Day, Royale Chulan Seremban in Negri Sembilan is presenting a Royale High-Tea Buffet. It promises to be a feast for both the eyes and palate.The buffet is available on Aug 31, Sept 1 and Sept 16, from noon to 4pm.

Highlights include dishes such as Nasi Hujan Panas, Ikan Pari Asam Pedas Melaka, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Mangga Muda Nogori, Penang Char Kuey Teow, Laksa Johor, Nasi Dagang Terengganu, Cucur Udang ala Kedah, Ayam Percik Kelantan and Kek Lapis Sarawak. A live cooking station offering made-to-order pasta is available. The dessert section has sweet bubur ubi keledek, traditional Malay kuih, freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, waffles, ais batu kacang and teh tarik.

The buffet is priced at RM67nett per adult, RM57nett per senior citizen and RM47nett per child. Guests celebrating their birthdays on Aug 31 or Sept 16 can enjoy a complimentary buffet. The hotel’s food and beverage manager Azuan Azalan said the high-tea buffets were inspired by Malaysia’s vibrant cultural herit.
