The showroom features distinct zones dedicated to Hero, Vida, and Harley-Davidson products, though the branding remains unified on the exterior.

Inside, customers can explore a range of eight premium models, including the Hero Maverick 440, Harley-Davidson X440, Karizma XMR, Xpulse 200 4V, Xtreme 160R, and the electric Vida V1. Hero MotoCorp has gone a step further by ensuring that its Premia sales consultants are professionally trained to offer personalised advice to customers. Additionally, exclusive technical experts are available to provide a seamless service experience through the Premia Service.

This approach is part of Hero’s broader strategy to create an immersive and luxurious environment that caters to the needs of premium buyers. One of the challenges Hero MotoCorp faces in this segment is overcoming the perception that it is primarily a manufacturer of commuter bikes. To address this, the company has introduced the Premia dealership concept, which serves as a flagship showroom for its premium offerings.

This approach contrasts with competitors like Bajaj Auto, which operates separate dealerships for its premium brands such as Chetak, KTM, and Triumph. Hero’s decision to consolidate its premium products under the Premia banner is a bold move aimed at establishing a distinct identity in the high-end market. With the addition of the Delhi store, Hero MotoCorp now boasts over 40 Premia stores across more than 35 cities in India.

This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to becoming a significant player in the premium two-wheeler market, offering customers a unique and luxurious experience that sets it apart from its competitors..
