Henry Winkler "put a stop" to his daughter Zoe's plans to become a reality TV star . The 'Happy Days' star, 79, revealed he nixed a proposal for her to appear on 'The Bachelorette' - insisting it was for her own "protection" - and he also made sure she didn't film a show called 'Quarter Life Crisis' alongside Kim Kardashian. During an episode of of Zoe's 'What In The Winkler?!' podcast, she asked her dad: "Do you remember when I was in the running to be 'The Bachelorette?'" and Henry replied: "Oh, my goodness.
And we put a stop to that and only for your protection." Zoe then revealed she had also been asked to film a show with Kim and Henry put his foot down again. She said: "I'll never forget [executive producer] Matt Hanna.
"He worked at VH1 at the time, he flew out to LA and did a sizzle reel of us. And I don't even think like I mentioned it to you ..
. I was living at home at the time because I was just done with college. He came to the house and you met him outside.
" Henry then continued the story, adding: "I did. I said, it is so lovely that you're here, I can suggest some really good restaurants, [but] my daughter is not doing your show." Zoe admitted Kim went on to become "the most famous person in the world" while she qualified as a teacher and found her true calling.
She added: "I became a teacher, which was the best job and what I always truly wanted to do." Henry then told his daughter she was "born" to be a teacher. He concluded: "I'm not kidding, [it's] not becau.
