NCC has been awarded a significant contract to transform a hotel building located in Elielinaukio, right in the heart of Helsinki, Finland. This project involves converting the existing structure into a brand-new Scandic hotel, which will feature a total of 174 guest rooms.
The initiative aims to breathe new life into the property, enhancing its appeal and functionality to better serve future visitors. The contract, which operates under a turnkey model, is valued at approximately SEK 180 million (around $17.67 million).
