A helicopter has crashed into a luxury Cairns hotel in the early hours of Monday morning. Police were called to the scene at the Esplanade in the Far North Queensland town about 1.50am.
The hotel has been evacuated with no reported injuries on the ground. An exclusion zone has also been set up around the Esplanade, Minnie Street, Abbott Street, and Florence Street. Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today More to come.
