In a social media livestream, the Kapuso star stressed that she owns the necklace and she can do whatever she wants . She also said that actually, her dog Panda owns it. In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Heart was asked about her post that became controversial.
The actress-fashion icon said that she is candid person, transparent, and honestly, she really loves her dogs. She wanted to show that Panda is not just a dog that can just be “ginagawang alarm or parang doorbell ng bahay na nakakulong.” For her, the Aspin is a special breed.
Heart even said that her goal is to bring her dog to Paris. When asked about the netizens’ perception that her post was a “patama”, without mentioning Pia’s name, Heart said that she bought the necklace during pandemic and that was a long time ago already and there’s nothing really something about her post. “I feel like, more than anything, it should be an inspiration that, you know, you should treat the people around you the same they deserve the best.
So, honestly, I don’t really feel like there’s anything that I should do and not do, especially since I do own the necklace,” she explained. Heart Evangelista also stressed that she is now speaking for herself because people would just trample on her. She added that she bites now in a very sweet way but painful.
