Pears rank particularly high when it comes to dietary fibre and delectably dribbly sweetness. I’ve noticed my local supermarket “sale shelf” is full of pears this week, too. So with a bit of alchemy, zero-waste ambition and my Mary Poppins wand (OK, and the dopamine dump I get from bagging a bargain), I gift you a little ripper of a recipe.
