Wednesday, August 7, 2024 Haytham Said, a seasoned Four Seasons leader, brings global expertise to Four Seasons Hotel Miami as the new General Manager, driving innovation and excellence. Transitioning from the scenic shores of Fort Lauderdale and Surfside to the vibrant urban environment of Brickell, Haytham Said, a distinguished Four Seasons veteran of 24 years, brings a meticulous eye for detail and a talent for crafting unforgettable experiences. He now steps into a new role as the General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Miami, further solidifying his impact in South Florida.

From his early days as a trainee to ascending the ranks to General Manager, Haytham has been synonymous with the Four Seasons brand, recognized globally for its unparalleled service. His recent stint in Fort Lauderdale was marked by significant milestones, including the city’s debut Five Diamond hotel, shortly after being listed on Travel + Leisure’s It List of the Best New Hotels in the World. Under his guidance, innovative service initiatives and experiences played a crucial role in these distinctions, as well as in establishing a fresh vision of luxury in the beachfront community.



A highlight of his tenure was the introduction of a new beachfront concept that enhanced the area with sophisticated design, gourmet dining, and engaging activities. This period also saw Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale earn multiple accolades and the launch of MAASS by the Michelin-starred Chef Ryan Ratino, marking another first for the city. Now at the helm of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Haytham is energized by the prospects of innovation, growth, and limitless hospitality.

He is particularly excited about exploring the Hotel’s unique ‘Seventh Heaven’ concept, a blend of bliss and luxury that guests encounter upon reaching the seventh floor of this gleaming Miami tower. “There’s so much synergy between Fort Lauderdale and Miami – pool club style environments, our stunning interior design by Tara Bernerd, and city lifestyles just outside our doors,” says Haytham . “I look forward to returning to Miami’s unique culture and rising to the rooftop above Brickell Avenue to join this incredible team that has already created such a premier vacation experience.

” Further along the southern coast, Haytham previously served as the Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, a storied beachfront venue. Before his tenure in South Florida, he was the Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. His journey with the brand began in his native Cairo at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence.

His keen attention to detail and relentless drive resulted in rapid career advancements, moving from Restaurant Manager Trainee to Bar and Restaurant Manager. In 2006, Haytham relocated to the United States, initially joining Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas as Assistant Room Service Manager, followed by a role as Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. His career continued to ascend as he was promoted to Director of Banquets at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.

During his stint at Four Seasons Atlanta, Haytham also played a pivotal role in launching a new Four Seasons property in South America and the Four Seasons at The Surf Club. Haytham’s vast experience in various cities and cultures, along with different facets of the hospitality industry, has honed his meticulousness and enhanced his innate ability to meet guests’ and employees’ needs proactively, embodying the spirit of a true Four Seasons ambassador. A native of Egypt, Haytham earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Tourism from the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in Heliopolis, Cairo, and later a Master in Global Hospitality Management from Georgia State University.

In his leisure time, he delights in cooking Thai and Peruvian cuisines, fishing, and cheering for his favorite soccer team, Liverpool. He eagerly anticipates engaging in his beloved hobbies once more in Miami..
