But the couple have belatedly decided they want to swap the two middle doors and make one massive and stunning entrance on to their sun terrace overlooking the sea. The extra wide doors will also vastly improve their views from the open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
These views will take in Brownsea Island, which is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. And they are so confident that local planners will rubber stamp the proposed alterations that it appears they have already built the 15ft wide archway for the double doors. Redknapp and wife Sandra gained permission to demolish their home and quickly set about hiring builders to oversee the grand design Their planned white-rendered villa echoes properties around Lake Como in Italy.
It will have four balconies, a grand entrance hall, an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room, two receptions, a study and five ensuite bedrooms Harry Redknapp is completely transforming the property on the exclusive Sandbanks enclave The latest photos of the project show the three-storey villa is quickly taking shape. The shell and the roof of the mansion have been built with the huge gaps .
