Harmony Biosciences Holdings ( NASDAQ: HRMY ) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of up to 8M shares. The selling shareholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2M shares from the selling shareholders.
