New Delhi: Veteran Tollywood actor Chiranjeevi is known for his work in the Telugu film industry. Chiranjeevi was born in a Telugu family in Andhra Pradesh. Since his father was a constable his family was mostly moving from one city to another.
The Tollywood actor spent most of his childhood with his grand parents. During his schooling, he was an active NCC Cadet and participated in the Republic Day Parade in 1970s. He was always attracted towards acting since his childhood.
He moved to Chennai in 1976 to pursue his acting career and joined Madras Film Institute. The Veteran actor got married to the daughter of the Telugu comic actor Allu Ramalingaiah. He has 3 kids, two daughters and one son Ram Charan who is also a famous telugu actor.
Chiranjeevi also has two brothers Pawan Kalyan and Nagendra Babu. Chiranjeevi is the uncle of Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Niharika and Allu Sirish. The Tollywood actor has delivered many super hits in the telugu cinema and is regarded as one of the most successful actors of the South film industry.
