(NASDAQ: HALO ) today provided an update following a decision by the Opposition Division of the European Patent Office ("EPO") to revoke one of the Janssen Biotech, Inc. (Janssen) co-formulation patents for DARZALEX ® (daratumumab) SC (Patent EP 3827845).
