The original Shape is returning to theaters, as the iconic 1978 horror classic Halloween is set to make its return later this month. Trancas International Films announced on Friday that the slasher film is set to arrive in over 600 theaters. In addition, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers and Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers will screen in select markets.

It spawned a multimedia franchise that has included 13 films across multiple continuities, most recently with Halloween Ends in 2022. In total, the franchise has grossed $886 million worldwide against a combined production budget of $143.3 million.
