When Hallmark+ was announced in summer 2024, it was revealed that Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas movies would not be added to the app. “‘Countdown to Christmas’ remains a linear experience,” Hallmark Media’s EVP of Programming, Lisa Hamilton Daly told Variety at the time. She added, “The content on the app is going to be Holidazed , Mistletoe Murders , our unscripted shows and a couple of movie trilogies coming up that we haven’t announced yet.
There’s going to be a bunch of holiday content, but it’s going to be separate and different from what’s on linear.” Well, Hallmark is giving fans a special gift before Christmas by adding nearly all of this year’s new movies. 15 movies have already been added and there are 24 more movies being added on Friday (December 20).
Hallmark+ is available for $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year.
