At the end of the day, after showering and doing my nighttime skin-care routine, I grab it out of the fridge, hop into bed, and turn on my Spotify playlist aptly named, "Kinda Sleepy, Kinda Sad." From there, I place the mask over my eyes and either do parts work (a form of therapy I'm hoping will cure all of my childhood trauma), or think about all the people who have wronged me and how I'm going to get revenge.
