Prayagraj: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday visited Sangam nose by motorboat where he paid obeisance at the Sangam and said that devotees and tourists coming from all over the world will witness the "splendid and magnificent perspective of Smart Prayagraj ". "While the entire Sanatan society from around the globe is eager to attend the Maha Kumbh , there is a great attraction for it among tourists. It is our responsibility to provide better facilities to each and every visitor in Prayagraj," he said.

The CM met Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati and apprised him of preparations for Maha Kumbh. During the meeting which lasted about 20 minutes, the CM told the Shankaracharya that the state govt is making all the necessary arrangements, keeping in mind the expectations and needs of the saints. "Maha Kumbh 2025 will be more divine and grand than Kumbh 2019.



The guidance of saints is also required to improve the facilities," the CM said. Earlier, after landing at the helipad at Parade, the CM first visited Sangam nose and worshipped the holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati.Accompanied by public representatives and senior officials, the CM visited the bathing area of Sangam.

He also visited Akshayvat, Patalpuri, and Saraswati Koop and issued necessary directives to officials. He also prayed at the reclining Lord Hanuman temple. Yogi also inspected ongoing projects at Bhardwaj Ashram and the IERT bridge and offered prayer at Adi Beni Madhav temple.
