The Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce has appointed Rachel Davis as the organization's new executive director. “We are excited to welcome Rachel as our executive director, bringing her diverse background, global experience, and skills to GWCC. Her passion for empowering and mentoring women in business aligns with our mission.

We are confident in her ability to work with our team to steer our organization towards continued future success,” shared GWCC President Samantha Taitano. Rachel Davis is a daughter of Guam, returning to the island after extensive experience as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry. Davis had her first taste of business through her family’s restaurants and enterprises, including Stel Star Productions, with a legacy rooted in the production of CHamoru music and media.

Her roots in Guam and experience in business, production management, event coordination, community engagement, and mentorship have given her the foundation to take on the role. Prior to this role with the GWCC, Davis worked across the United States and Spain as a global beauty professional and creative director in the film, photography, fashion, and bridal industries. Davis found her passion in mentoring and empowering women, assisting business owners in discovering their unique strengths while guiding them toward resources to help them achieve their highest potential.

Since returning to Guam in 2023, Davis has continued community work, most recently working with Hita Litekyan and the Micronesian Climate Alliance as an event coordinator and co-manager of the current exhibit “Ta Nå’i Ånimu” at the Guam Museum. Davis also serves as the lead of the hair and makeup department for the upcoming local production, Lion King, Jr. Additionally, Davis is the owner and founder of the House of Dolly fashion and clothing brand, The Dollyhouse Beauty luxury skincare, cosmetics, and body collection, and Dolly’s Delights baking company.

Her work in the beauty industry has been globally recognized and celebrated in VOGUE Italia, Bazaar Vietnam, ESPN, and more. "I am thrilled to be back home and to have the opportunity to contribute to a community dedicated to empowering women in business. I am inspired by the work the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce has done and am eager to bring my vision, energy, and dedication to our team.

Together, we can create impactful programs and initiatives that will support and uplift women entrepreneurs," shared Davis..
