It’s no secret that the restaurant industry has been suffering, and now another spot has closed its doors. On October 10, Grub posted to Instagram that it would be serving its last dinner on October 28. The spot was best known as a cozy neighbourhood restaurant with an ever-changing menu.
It served items like duck confit, lamb fricassee, and bison bolognese, just to name a few. “Thank you for 17 years of support, we’ve loved serving you,” the restaurant said online. Many people took to the comments of the Instagram post to share their love for the eatery.
“I am so sorry this era is coming to an end. You have been a staple of our visits to Vancouver, and have been welcomed and well-fed since our first meal almost 15 years ago,” said one user. “So sorry to hear this.
