Monday, August 19, 2024 Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) is excited to unveil a new regular flight route to Yonago in Japan’s Tottori Prefecture, with services commencing on October 27, 2024. This introduction marks the airline’s third Japanese destination, following earlier launches to Tokyo and Osaka. Visitors often include a visit to Kaike Onsen in their travel plans, where they can enjoy a restorative hot spring bath complemented by a spectacular sunrise over the Sea of Japan. Another key attraction is Mizuki Shigeru Road, which delights both young and old with its 800-meter-long arcade adorned with 170 bronze statues of iconic manga characters by the famed artist Shigeru Mizuki, including the beloved one-eyed ghost boy, Kitaro.
