The England-wide survey provides practice level assessment of patient experiences at their GP surgeries. At the other end of the table, Stanmore Medical Group in Stevenage was the surgery where the lowest percentage of patients said it was "easy" to get through on the phone. Garden City Surgery in Letchworth was the surgery where the lowest percentage of patients rated receptionists as "helpful". Both Stanmore Medical Group and Garden City Surgery are rated good overall by the CQC.
