The government has sanctioned the creation of three posts in the health department: director of public health and family welfare, commissioner of the Telangana Vaidya Vidhan Parishad, and director of Drug Control Administration. At the moment, the positions are held by in-charge officials. Regular postings will be done for each of these posts.
