KEWEENAW COUNTY, MI – This new scenic overlook has a gorgeous view of water and wilderness along a hiking and biking trail in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Brockway Mountain , one of the highest points in the Keweenaw Peninsula, is home to a famous scenic drive and a network of mountain biking trails. Visit Keweenaw, the local convention and visitors bureau, has added another spot for visitors to see the surrounding natural beauty.

mountain biking trails However, for this new overlook, you will need to exit your vehicle. Visit Keweenaw recommends parking at Hunter’s Point Park and taking the bike path that crosses M-26. At the base of Brockway Mountain, there is signage for Berry Picker Trail.

The trail works its way up Brockway, crossing Brockway Mountain Drive, and taking hikers and bikers to a hidden clearing – the site of the new scenic overlook.
