The Golden Bachelor ’s Kathy Swarts is unveiling the before and after of her plastic surgery transformation. At the beginning of a clip shared via Instagram on Tuesday, November 5, Swarts, 71, zoomed in on a photo of herself smiling where she appeared to have wrinkles underneath her eyes. “Before,” she wrote over the pic.
The video cut to a clip of Swarts talking, with her face looking noticeably smoother. In another clip, Swarts held back her hair as she tugged her ear to show a scar. “After,” she wrote.

“I had a lower face lift which means they just do beneath the cheekbones, and they pulled my neck a little bit,” she said via Instagram on Tuesday. “I wanted to look how I look normally, I just wanted a few of the wrinkles to be pulled to the side. And voila! I got it.
” “I had a CO2 laser, which — for those of you who follow me — that made me look like Humpty Dumpty. But it didn’t hurt at all, it just blows your face up,” she continued. “And then I had IPL, which got rid of all the brown spots.
” Swarts shared that she tends to stay out of the sun, but has noticed brown spots develop with age. “That cleared my complexion completely,” she said of IPL, which stands for intense pulsed light .
