Joan is in the midst of her own journey for love, which is set to include what she has said is an “insightful” visit from Gerry , her ex who fans have slammed as a “fraud” since he divorced Theresa just three months after their televised wedding. Fans even feel Joan is “destined to fail” in her search for love because of the precedent set by Gerry and Theresa.
