The reality star was seen working up a sweat at the a toning, body-weight-lifting workout for the launch of a new protein bar.
Bethan showed off her incredible figure as she lifted her legs up and extended them behind her. The star showed off her natural beauty with minimal makeup and her blonde tresses in a high ponytail.
