ALLEGANY — The Allegany-Limestone boys basketball team rolled to a 7-0 start with a 56-39 victory over Fredonia Friday night, improving to 3-0 in CCAA West I play. The Gators’ seventh straight win is also their sixth by double figures. Carson Kwiatkowski paced the Gators’ offense with 21 points, including four 3-pointers, and five assists.
Gavin Straub had a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds for A-L. Also for the Gators, Collin Forrest had eight rebounds and Caleb Strade had seven rebounds. Cooper Wilczewski made five assists.
For Fredonia, Donovan Dowdy scored 16 points with five rebounds and three steals. NON-LEAGUE Brocton 60, Cattaraugus-Little Valley 49 CATTARAUGUS — Tucker Barrick led Cattaraugus-Little Valley with 16 points, but the Timberwolves took a loss on their home court.
