Its employment team worked on behalf of the Watches of Switzerland Company on the acquisition of 19 luxury showrooms. The work included carrying out due diligence on the 248 employees assigned to the new retail stores and advising on the employment protection implications of the acquisition. The firm’s restructuring team completed a funding agreement for Colin Graves, the businessman and chairman of Yorkshire County Cricket Club, to rescue it from its financial difficulties.
