In those moments, I’m forced to be more mindful about what I cook. I reach for recipes that are big on flavour and require minimal effort. I know I’m not alone in this, and this week, I have two recipes that make use of a sheet tray to produce fuss-free meals, plus a sweet dessert made with the same method.
