PLAYBOI Carti fans have launched an angry campaign to ban the rapper from online music platforms for not releasing his new album yet. The 28-year-old rapper has been accused of making "empty promises" to his loyal following after announcing his new album I AM MUSIC earlier this year. Yet the new music has yet to drop despite there being only a few days left in the year.

Fans say all eyes are on Friday, December 27, as the last day of the year on which he can release the eagerly-awaited new music to fans. An online petition was started on Thursday by an anonymous fan accusing the rapper, real name Jordan Carter, of leaving his following "deceived and disappointed." It calls on Apple Music and Spotify to ban him from their platforms until he releases the new tracks.
